Incision foils
Incision foils
Polyurethane foils impregnated with medical acrylic adhesive. They are used to drape the surgical field for the purpose of preventing wound contamination. The foils are soft and pliable, vapour permeable and suitable for prolonged operations. They serve as barrier to bacteria.

Antimicrobial incision foils
Transparent incision foils with silver ions that provide antimicrobial effect. They are used to drape the surgical area in critical situations and in situations when there is high risk of infection. Properties of silver provide protection against bacteria and microbes during the entire surgery. They are water-repellent and alcohol-repellent, tested for cytotoxicity as well as for skin irritation and sensitivity.

Composition: 100% polypropylene (PP)
Available grammage: 17 g/m2, 23 g/m2, 25 g/m2, 30 g/m2, 35 g/m2
Characteristics: light and airy material, protects against dust particles that are nor harmful for human health.
Purpose: protective clothing, examination drapes and aprons and similar general purpose items.
VLIES 50-100 g/m2
Composition: 100% polypropylene (PP)
Available grammage: 50 g/m2, 60 g/m2 , 65 g/m2 , 70 g/m2, 100 g/m2
Characteristics: protects against dust particles that are nor harmful for human health.
Purpose: aprons, chef hats, bags and similar general purpose items.
SMS (MEDITECT)
Composition: 100% polypropylene (PP)
Available grammage: 35 g/m2, 45 g/m2
Characteristics: three-layer non-woven fabric, serves as a barrier to particles and bacteria. It is lint free, antistatic, water-repellent and alcohol-repellent. Tested in accordance with EN 13795 standard.
Purpose: protective clothing, surgical drapes and gauze compresses.
VIRALBARRIER
Composition: tri-laminated polypropylene spunbond with breathable film.
Characteristics: material with monolithic membrane which is vapour-open and serves as a barrier to liquids, bacteria and viruses. The material has been tested in accordance with EN 13795 standard, using test methods ASTM F1670 and ASTM F1671.
Purpose: manufacture of protective clothing for crisis situations: surgical gowns, overalls, protective caps, high-ankle shoe covers, isolation drapes etc.
MALIVLIES
Composition: polyester + viscose
Characteristics: soft and airy like textile, firm, non-irritating.
Purpose: manufacture of hygiene products used in patient care (bathing).
AIRLAID
Composition: cellulose + synthetic fibres.
Characteristics: soft, highly absorbent, equally firm in dry and in wet condition. Hygienically tested.
Purpose: manaufacture of hygiene products for washing and wiping.
MEDILAM AIRLAID
Composition: cellulose + synthetic fibres + LDPE foil
Characteristics: two-layer, very soft and impermeable material. Upper layer is highly absorbent and lower layer ensures impermeability.
Purpose: manufacture of impermeable, absorbent pads, impermeable pillowcases, etc.
AIRLAID PE
Composition: cellulose + synthetic fibres + PE foil
Characteristics: soft, highly absorbent, equally firm in dry and in wet condition. Hygienically tested.
Purpose: manufacture of impermeable, absorbent pads, pillowcases, etc.
PE foil
Composition: 100% polyethylene (PE)
Characteristics: transparent impermeable foil; 40, 70 and 120 µm.
Purpose: manufacture of general purpose items, X-ray covers and covers for other medical devices, operating room lamps etc.
ELBE foil
Composition: PVC – P
Characteristics: impermeable foil, thickness: 0,12 cm.
Purpose: protective aprons and instrument pouches.
MEDILAM SBPP
Composition: PP + synthetic fibres + antistatic PE film
Characteristics: two-layer laminated material. Tested for work with cytostatics in accordance with EN 13795 standard.
Purpose: manufacture of protective clothing for work with cytostatics and surgical drapes.
MEDILAM viscose
Composition: viscose + LDPE foil
Characteristics: two-layer, very soft and impermeable material with highly absorbent upper layer. Tested in accordance with EN 13795 standard.
Purpose: manufacture of surgical drapes, isolation pads, impermeable pillowcases etc.
MEDILAM three-layer viscose
Composition: polypropylene (PP) + antistatic PE film + viscose
Characteristics: three-layer, laminated, impermeable material with highly absorbent upper layer. Tested in accordance with EN 13795 standard.
Purpose: manufacture of surgical drapes.
MEDILAM viscose SUPER PLUS
Composition: viscose + AIRLAID + LDPE foil
Characteristics: three-layer, very soft, impermeable material with highly absorbent upper layer. Tested in accordance with EN 13795 standard.
Purpose: manufacture of reinforcements on surgical drapes.
MEDILAM DRY EFFECT
Composition: apertured polyolefin film + 2 layers of cellulose + polyolefin film
Characteristics: four-layer laminated material, highly absorbent, with high rate and speed of absorption and with dry effect – NO REWETTING. Tested in accordance with EN 13795 standard.
Purpose: manufacture of surgical drapes, pads and reinforcements on surgical drapes.
SPUNLACE
Composition: cellulose + viscose + polyester + synthetic fibres
Characteristics: great absorption capacity for all types of liquids (water, oil, ink, solvents, …). Resistant to wear and tear both for dry wiping and washing. It is lint free.
Purpose: manufacture of wiping cloths for the equipment and work surfaces in rooms with controlled conditions.
MEDIKA PUR
Composition: polyester + polyurethane
Characteristics: water-repellent fabric, treated for fungi, mould and bacteria. It can be washed, sterilized and dried without changing its properties. It can be washed at 95°C and sterilised at 134°C.
Purpose: protective covers for pillows and mattresses.
FOUR STOP 1600
Composition: apertured transparent LDPE 25 µm + blue AIRLAID 55 g/m2 + white AIRLAID 65 g/m2 + highly adherent transparent film
Characteristics: multi-layer base with special film which provides an effect of dryness – NO REWETTING. Highly absorbent inner layer and anti-slip film.
Purpose: suitable for flat surfaces and floors in hospitals (for example beneath receptacles used for washing or instrument tables).
FOUR STOP 5000
Composition: apertured transparent LDPE 25 µm + blue AIRLAID 55 g/m2 + white AIRLAID 320 g/m2 + highly adherent transparent film
Characteristics: multi-layer base with special film which provides an effect of dryness – NO REWETTING. Highly absorbent inner layer and anti-slip film.
Purpose: suitable for flat surfaces and floors in hospitals (for example beneath receptacles used for washing or instrument tables).
MICROJET (microfiber)
Composition: 100% microfiber (50% polyester + 50% polyamide)
Characteristics: high level of cleansing power (even without the use of chemicals), low rate of particle release, antibacterial treatment. High firmness.
Purpose: manufacture of cleansing cloths for industry and households.
