Our business organization wants to inform all interested parties (clients, suppliers, business partners, employees, the legislator) that we conform to the fundamental principles of personal data processing as provided in the Data Protection Directive, Article 5, Paragraph 1.

Personal data are deleted upon the expiry of the legally defined time period which obliges Meditex to keep the specific personal data or, as specified earlier, upon the termination of the purpose for which the data have been collected.

In accordance with estimated risks for personal data, we have adopted within our organization a number of technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data. These measures relate to the protection of office documents and computers, antivirus policies, data destruction, rules of conduct for employees, contractual relationships with our service providers, occasional evaluations (audits) of the system of personal data protection management and many other measures.
